New Years Eve Fireworks

Cairns will send 2021 off with a bang as we bring the fireworks to you this New Year’s Eve.

Council’s New Year’s Eve firework displays will be at the family friendly time of 8:30pm simultaneously from the Cairns Esplanade, the Palm Cove jetty, and the new site of the Walker Road Sporting Precinct at Edmonton.

The traditional midnight fireworks will then be from the Cairns Esplanade at midnight.
