Affordable, no-pressure, fun End of Term Performances that are focused purely on building confidence and showcasing what students have learnt for the term
It offers classes for 3yo to Adults in the styles of:
– Hip Hop
– Jazz/Funk
– Ballet/Contemporary
– Pom Pom (Dance Cheer)
– Heels
NEW STUDENTS have the opportunity to trial the first class before committing to the term.
– All you need to do is complete an Enrolment form online to secure a spot.
– Then come along to the first class of the term and see if you love it and it fits your needs.

The studio has air-conditioned waiting areas with TV screens & one-way viewing windows into the class so you can watch your child dance.

We accept all body shapes, sizes & levels. NO EXAMS. No comparing. NO PRESSURE. Just fun!
Backstreet Dance has been open for more than 10 years (a decade!).
It promotes a safe environment for students to feel comfortable to be themselves & express themselves.
Life skills are taught to students during class such as self-respect, gratitude, positive mindset, setting and achieving goals, praise plus heaps more.
Each student receives a Certificate of Achievement at the completion of every term and receives a trophy at the completion of every 4 terms (a total of 1 year).Students are rewarded for commitment rather than being perfect!
There are many adult classes on offer too – it is never too late to learn. Beginners Welcome!
The vision of the studio is purely to make a difference !!
How they do this is through positive messages through their teaching, communication and in everything they do.

There is a strict criteria for being a part of the Backstreet Team. All Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Student Teachers and employees have to be positive, committed and most of all passionate about what they do. This ensures everyone has a great time and gains confidence.
All Teachers have Blue Cards, are trained in First Aid (regularly) and have suitable experience/qualifications to teach/assist (eg. Cert III in Dance or Cert IV in Dance Teaching & Management or equivalent inhouse training).
